Amble Supermarket Update

The Town Council today had a positive meeting with Tesco Corporate Affairs Manager Doug Wilson.  Mr Wilson updated the Town Council on the Amble Development, which they were assured was still going ahead, but delayed until March 2013 following a drop in trading figures published in December 2011.   The Town Council agreed to send a letter to Tesco stating  how pleased they were that the store would still be going ahead.
